THE DESIGN CONCEPT

The HQ building was a part of the whole complex of multi-tenant warehouse and office facility planned to be constructed at 3288 194 Street in the Business Park Land Use area of Campbell Heights, Surrey, BC. The project seeks rezoning from A-1 to IB-1 to support the intended use. The developer (Quarry Rock Development) is a company within an umbrella group of 
associated companies, for which the HQ office building will be the central headquarter. There are currently 42 employees of these affiliated companies who will be moving into the HQ building on opening day. There are plans to increase to 63 employees, and the building has been designed to accommodate this and any future expansion.
